Applicant Privacy Notice

Oakridge Dairy LLC (Moozy Milk), Ellington, Connecticut, collects the information on this site to recruit Brand Ambassadors.

Only what you enter in the application:

• Your name, email, phone number, preferred way and times to be contacted
• Your town and ZIP code
• The Connecticut counties and towns or stores you'd cover, how far you'll travel, and any travel notes
• Your answers about reliable transportation and fitting a demo kit in your vehicle
• Your availability by day and time, earliest start date, scheduling limits and demos per week
• Your experience, an example of it, how you work independently, a short conversation answer and how you heard about us
• Your answers about having a smartphone and about standing and lifting
• Your resume, if you choose to upload one
• Your age range (18 or older, or 16 or 17) and your confirmation that your answers are accurate
• Whether you agreed to texts, and when you agreed

We don't collect Social Security numbers, birth dates, full home addresses or tax forms on this site. Contractor paperwork such as the W-9 is handled separately after we engage someone.

To review your application, contact you about it, and schedule demos if we work together. People make every decision; there's no automated scoring or rejection.

We text you only if you check the box. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. We don't send marketing texts from this form.

Authorized Oakridge Dairy staff, and the providers that host this website and its database, who store it on our behalf. We don't sell or share your information for advertising.

• While you fill out the application, your in-progress answers are kept in your browser tab (session storage) so you don't lose them if you leave the page. They are cleared when you submit, or when you close the tab. A chosen resume file is not kept.
• Staff sign-in uses your browser's storage to keep authorized staff signed in. Applicants never sign in.
• Our website host collects aggregate visit statistics (such as page views) and its network sets a short-lived security cookie to block automated traffic.
• We use fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep applications and resumes for up to 12 months after a final decision, then delete them, or sooner if you ask.

Email us at brendanc@moozymilk.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your application.

Information is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorized staff. Resumes are stored privately and are never publicly linked.

We accept applications from people 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 and will delete it if we learn we have.
